i bought an acer 5738z laptop for rs.27.5k with caary case and mouse without operating system software. Even after installing the widcomm bluetooth software from the resource dvd supplied with the laptop, system says that blutooth device is not connected even after switching on the bluetooth button on the laptop. kindly give a solution. otherwise it is value for money laptop with intel pentium dual core 2.2 gig processor, 3gb ddr, 320 gb hdd and fingerprint reader
