AMD has announced the ATI Radeon HD 4600 Series Graphics Cards,the Radeon HD 4670 and 4650 for the Masses, giving Double Game Performance at the Same Price.The features of these are :
- The GPU is based on AMD’s recently released RV770 architecture(same as in Radeon 4800 series) and are manufactured on TSMC’s 55nm process node
- 514 million transistors on 55nm fabrication process
- PCI Express 2.0 x16 bus interface
- GDDR3/DDR3/DDR2 memory interface (depending on model)
- Microsoft DirectX 10.1 support
- Unified Superscalar Shader Architecture
- Dynamic Geometry Acceleration
- Anti-aliasing features
- Texture filtering features
- OpenGL 2.0 support
- ATI CrossFireX Multi-GPU Technology
- ATI Avivo HD Video and Display Platform
- ATI PowerPlay Technology
These are the Good Performance graphics cards at an affordable Price.They are cool and quite and have low power consumption(60 watt by HD 4670 and 50 watt by HD 4650).They have good CrossFire Scaling.The other option to these GPU’s is the GeForce 9600 GT which is just a few bucks costlier then these.
