dont ever buy this dell phone,, as someone told here,, it was manufactured at china that has dell tag,.. not worth for money that you pay,, not even worth for 7900.. not sure whether the dell recalls these crap mobiles from market,, i would be the first person to submit it upfront,, total cheat,, no impressive features, retainign features has no impressive performance, sounds like a cheap korean fone,, thu thu thu,,
absolute crap mobile,, just an android phone.. typical one to type in touch screen keypad,, all features sucks,, totally a crap and not a valuable one for money,, while it was launching in nov it costed 10900 now its 7900 , drastic price down,, people should get aware from this drastic price down .. crap crap crap crap.. jsut for the brand name u can buy it and keep it in your pocket jsut to attend calls..

Hey, XCD 28 is not as bad as you have experienced. I would suggest you to get this replaced by in the 1 year exchange program. Something wrong with your handset in particular, not XCD 28 in general. Its a great smart phone I would say. Pricewise may be little higher, but then brand has its own price.
Never purchase this product. I brought it for 10k. If any one want I am ready to sell. Battery takes 3 hrs to charge 10 min to discharge. Pathetic performance.Pure china peace. in 3g battery long up to 15 min. gps and 3g and wifi and blue tooth battery long up to 5 min. Device have no dta cable. no modem to connect to PC any way , wifi. no use for me. blue tooth very poor.

Dell XCD 28 is not worth what we are paying… The handset heats up a lot and it is a furnace while charging… I would like to term it as a Cheap China made handset with a Dell Tag… As a user I feel cheated… The handset is a disgrace to Dell Company… It is seriously not a product from Dell but having a Dell Logo… The price 10K is to much for this handset…
