Ford Ecosport Price – New Compact SUV in Diesel and Petrol

Ford motors has launched the new Ford Ecosport - India’s first Urban SUV or first crossover (between sedan and SUV) from Ford India .It will be available in both petrol and diesel engine and is a compact car like the Skoda Yeti . It sports a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine with three-cylinder,direct-injection turbo-petrol motor . The 1.5-litre diesel engine is same as in the new Ford Fiesta.Even with these normal capacity engines , the new Ford Ecosport Mileage and power will be highest in the segment , thanks to its light weight and torsional rigidity.It is powered by the Ford’s new technology EcoBoost engine series which uses turbo-charging to produce power of 120PS from the 1.0L engine ! (The same capacity Maruti KB10 engine generates half the power of this !) .

It take on tight corners and spaces with all the dexterity of a small car . It eat-up the open road with all the rugged strength you would expect in an SUV .Its height , strength , and durability is like an SUV whereas its aerodynamic design , good fuel economy , and comfort are like a premium sedan .
