Iphone with 3G is being called next generation Iphone.It features faster 3G data downloads and GPS.Also this release of Iphone will have a better battery life (provided you don’t use much of time 3G or GPS

The new Iphone’s casing is slightly modified, with a thinner edge and thicker middle .Also flush headphone jack and solid-colored back are the other major differences visually from the old Iphone.
It is already released in the US, Canada, the UK, Spain, Japan and Mexico on 11 july 2008. But when it comes to India is not confirm yet.
It’s GPS is not as smooth a system as a real GPS devices has.If you will use Both 3G and GPS , it will take lot of battery value from this new Iphone and the talktime battery will be less compared to the earlier Iphone with 2G.
We wil just have to wait when the Airtel will launch it in India . But if you can’t wait that then you can ask your friend or family in U.S. or some otther country where it is available to bring one for you.
It will cost in India Rs. 8000 (8GB) and Rs. 12000(16 GB) but you have to pay to the service provider(Airtel) for a service contract with them for around 2 years or so.That is you have to use their network for this contract period.

But producer need to think about provide maximum warranty and accessories softwares. It gets large market in India if it is launch as price of Global Market
