have a Karbon n KC 75o Handset bought a month back. Pros- Good value for money. Cons- The company has to update their software, as still a lot of things have to be tested. For ex- It slips into the emergency Mode for no reason at all. The CDMA messages shows as empty and you have to restart the phone to fix the problem. For Audio, inspite of reducing the volume to zero it still is very loud and you really can’t cut off the volume. SMS tones are preset and you can’t change it or reduce the volume either. You cannot disable the initial video played when you start the phone. The CDMA sound clarity is low compared to other phones. The audio player has different pre-set audio equalizers but its really screechy on your ears. The wallpaper comes as a centralised image rather than a full screen image if you are adding your own wallpaper. The PC Suite takes a long time to connect to your handset and no proper instructions too, finally after connecting many options do not work. Phone Manual is a generalised one and not specific to your phone. Too many issues with the phone, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Recently I bought Karbonn KC 750. I am facing some problem in this.In phone book memory for some names I have saved 3 or 4 numbers such as mobile,home and office.when I receive calls from mobile the display is such that ” so and so ( name )” calling. But when the same person calls from Home or office number the display comes with numbers only such as “+919xxxx xxxxx” calling.So I am not able to find the names when somebody calls me from their home or office number Is anybody facing this problem. please tell me how to overcome this
