SIM loss problem with dual SIM. But I can not contact your service center due to some Hospitalisation in my family. After I have purchased MAX 463 23 rd dec. 2009. Within 10 days I found crack in cover and contacting to the Service Center at Howrah (77 Chintamoni Dey Road, How-711104), they refused to take the complain for crack in cover and take the complain only for SIM Loss. I advised to change the cover with my cost if not done free. During delivery the SIM Loss problem is solved but cover is not changed. I refused to take the phone without the changed cover and again requested to change cover at my cost. That day I got really very bad behaviour from the service center. Again yesterday (17.02.10) I send my representative to collect the phone. The phone is delivered without changing the cover. This upset me very much and not getting any solution to use the new phone which costs Rs. 3700/-. Any solution is very much welcome.
