MSI P45-8D “memory lover” motherboard with 8 DIMM slots

MSI has launched the MSI P45-8D “Memory Lover” motherboard with 8 DIMM slots.It is world’s first desktop motherboard with eight memory slots. The supported maximum memory is 16GB by using four DDR2 memory sticks(4GB each) or 8GB by using four DDR3 memory(2GB each). It is based on the the latest Intel P45 Express chipset and supports the Intel Core 2 Extreme ,Quad core and Core 2 Duo processors with an FSB up to 1600MHz.
