MTS Data Card 2013 MTS MBlaze provides broadband Internet speed up to 3.1 mbps. MBlaze (standard) is available at price of Rs.1,149.The other data card is Premium data card .The difference between the two datacards is their look-and-feel (Premium is a bit stylish) and the Premium contains a microSD card slot for data storage.MTS Data Card is also called MTS MBlaze .

- All exclusive content of the 3 URLs – www.facebook.com , www.twitter.com & www.linkedin.com will give unlimited access for 30 days validity of the product.
- Content outside the domain/servers of these 3 websites will be chargeable-e.g. links hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, Flickr, etc. will be charged as they fall out of the purview of 3 websites.
- Bundled usage of 4GB for customers will be utilized for browsing all the URLs other than content for Unlimited access 3 sites
- Contents delivered over secured communication (https) can be chargeable if end servers are not hosted /owned by these 3 social sites mentioned above.
- Product configured with best knowledge of MTS and any variation in future may not be a part of it.

I’m from Kerala and bought my MTS MBlaze Premium last year and been using it since April 2010. Except during the 1st unlimited recharge of Rs.999, there was not much of an issue regarding the speed. But that was b’coz I didn’t know that the speed will get reduced to 1x from broadband after 12GB usage, I was very furious when speed got reduced after 1-2 weeks usage. I have not yet had any complaints of the magnitude like the one user mentioned during my entire usage, even though some performance drop was there and was to be expected with a wireless network.
The speed of 3.1Mbps is the max attainable speed for the MBlaze and I’ve been getting in excess of 2Mbps for downloads.when in good range, but never to the snail-pace of below 40kbps or not even 144kbps.
I’ve used two other datacards earlier and MTS experience was good even though I miss BSNLs true unlimited plans (without any speed drop). I had used BSNLs 2.4Mbps EVDO for 3-months on lease for a net rental of over Rs.900 (Rs.750 plan). Unlike MBlaze, there was no speed rationing and was absolutely Superb (!) in my city, But I had to close the connection and returned the EVDO because it was not getting range (not even 1x) in my alternate residence, even after BSNL officials tried to help by increasing the transmission power from the nearest exchange. If not MBlaze, BSNL is/would be my 1st preference!
The 2nd connection was Idea’s Net-Setter which I bought for Rs.2,500 and the instrument is now laying waste. Idea claimed a max speed 236kbps, The main advantage was the unlimited package costs less than the EVDO. I used it even after I bought MBlaze because earlier MBlaze had only one unlimited plan of 999..
Now there are lots of options in unlimited plans from MTS, including unlimited post-paind plans.The Rs.96 plan is very good and I’m actually writing this with my 1st recharge of the 1-day unlimited plan of Rs.96. I have already passed the 512MB usage and now I’m on 1X speed which will remain till 4GB mark after which speed is likely to drop considerably..
The things looks much better than earlier in terms of recharge options. But still one thing that I would love to see from MTS is, providing the kind of service BSNL provided, i.e full speed internet connectivity for the entire validity period and not limiting it to specific data usage (like 12B) and an unlimited usage with a limited speed of 1x after that.
All in all, my experience with MTS is good and I will recommend MBlaze to anyone based on my experience. Further, on my recommendation my brother-in-law will be taking a post-paid connection next week,

MTS is better then tata the cost is more in tata but in some places in rural area we will not get the better service so only ion my ways MTS is better
mts provide good broadband service…. but the speed is question…
iam using unlimeted 999 pack…… after 12 gb ….. download rate will very low…..
I dont know about other users but MTS is providing much better signal than Reliance or Tata Proton in our Versova Area (Mumbai)

That is the reason why MTS is not able to provide unlimited usage at its full speed. Tata must be charging a lot from them. I hope MTs teams up with BSNL and provide their data card service, that may see some drop in rate or more data for the same rate.
MTS is useless i had bought it on the unlimited plan but even before the month is over the net connection stopped and haven’t been able to activate it even after so many complaints. The other internet providers are the same there agents don’t know about the plans available in certain parts of the city and then comes the clash when the line man comes to connect the net connection.
