hi,i have been using vodafone data card since 2 yrs.earlier it was working good but since 2 months, the speed is horrible.the speed which i am getting is 1 or 2 kbps.many times it is nil.

the product data card no 9136979106 was allotted under promotioanl scheme of “BIG BaZAR” during Independance day, but never worked.when contacting to customer cell,asked to redeposit Personal ID etc for activitation. after 20 days of deposition no response. when recontacted asked to meetfrom where poduct was purchased.
Whether this is the standard of MTS.

im very sorry to say that i am not happy with your mts bcz few month ago 300 rs rvt is in 700mb but today u r going to 249 for 350 mb.i know that,this is business.but boss take them to time for shat-el your costumer mind in your network.

I dont know how many are benefitted by MTS services. Believe me in just 30 days I am so pissed off with the services. MTS is just a useless device and waste of money. Also response is very bad at customer service.

If u r getting 512KBps it is equivalent to 3.1Mbps which they are promising.see the difference between small and capital b small one is for bits and the other for bytes.

Because i m using Reliance Broadband+ in white field and it never went above 120KBPS.
MTS is the worst of all internet connections. There is nothing called 3.1Mbps, from past three months, net connection I get is 50Kbps. pathetic
I took this from Indiranagar, people there only laugh when I go with complaint, I think they are uncultured broots.
Help line service, I doubt it exist at all…. I have burht around 500 bucks calling them, no response

Your customer care service is third class.
They did not solve any query of customer.
They did not provide proper solution. They are concentrate oh their Speech.
recently i purchased one mts datacard with 999 unlimited plan, they will provide you 30 GB rather than unlimited, from last 2 weeks i dont know whats wrong there, but its speed is going upto 0 kbps for upload and download both, at that time you cannt open your gmail.

I will suggest to every one dont go with MTS.

this device automatically gets disconnected after every 30 mins or so and then to connect it further there is no way but you have to restart the computer. then only you can connect it further but after 30 minutes it will again get disconnected and you must follow the same procedure again. You will get totally frustrated with this thing.
Now the last hope is Customer care. I called them but see what happened. they promised me that they will resolved it soon as possible and till now I did get any response from them as if i never talked to them.

poor speed. i agree with suhas. i have used it for over 2 months. shifting to bsnl 3g. I have wasted 2 k for the modem and a lot of time waiting for a website to show up. since i use it for research purpose. time is my biggest constraint. guys, mts is not good. the name blaze is alluring at the same time negating the meaning. please dont buy the mts wireless modem. its utter hopeless

I am using MTS MBlazer for last six months, when I bought the device it was ok with speed and service, but for last one and half months it is too bad. I lodged complaints several times, even I visited the showroom too in the West Vinod Nagar in East Delhi but got no solution. Not even the executives and engineers took any pain to resolve the problem. When I start my device it doesn’t shows me more than 20 kbps speed even in hybrid mode. Don’t be fool and and don’t buy MTS, why waste your hard earned money for such a wasteful thing. I am now switching to MTNL because MTNL is cheap and best for Delhi, and specially for the users with unlimited uses.

I think there is a general problem everyone is facing when we try to use the card on windows vista, the blue screen of death turns up the moment we connect the card to USB port.There is no solution offered from the MTS engineer.

Just to put in some comments as i was going through all the other comments.
there is some good and some bad package in every plans. so do with MTS.
Bad first,
MTS coverage india wide is limited. Particularly in high speed data transfer.
In a state where MTS is present, it is not necessary in your area the coverage for mblaze is there. Please check coverage in the official mts site.
good.
the speed is really good where the network is present. it provides 1.3mbps and 800 kbps for downloading and uploading at jaipur, malviya nagar. even in noida sector 62 it provides 1.3 & 600.
one bad part more, MTS connection gets disconected quite a few times. almost 3-5 times in 3 hours surf, but at a good speed you can afford this.
one more bad, and this is request to MTS that make good plans for postpaid customers. MTS is having worst of postpaid plans. Best of prepaid ones though.
plans vary across states, so do check your local offerings.
delhi ncr, rajasthan has plans of 1999 with card, with one month free unlimited of 999.

All the above people who are saying the service is good has got to do with the network strength and the ppl who are complaining they have week signals or the frequnecy is getting divided amongst several other users. And the technical guys they simply dont know any thing from the product they are regular employees who stand on the counters. This story is true for all the Broadband providers. Take it or leave it, the prices are really way to high. I would rather recommend you’ll to go for MTNL broadband which is much cheaper and the speed is voila. man just ask me I have been using MTNL for the past 3 years and no problems, they deliver the speed as they commit only problem you will face is when the telephones lines are digged up, otherwise the connectivity is way better then any other service provider. They are even very cheap for Unlimited Broadband.

The problem isn’t just with the mts but is there is same response from all f^^^n communication companies. I bought a TATA photon data card. It worked fine for a single day, the day I bought it. And after that it stopped working. When I informed the customer care about the problem they comitted the problem to be resolved within 24 hrs. n after 24 hrs I received their mail mentioning that my problem has been resolved. But what the fack!!!!!!!! The service was still worse with a f^^^n speed that I couldn’t even open any site..
So please don’t buy such bullshit products such TATA PHOTON. ’cause they don’t provide product or service but just headache…

I absolutely agree to it, TATA PHOTON is a serious waste of internet connection. I have been using it for last 3 years but never saw any speed beyond 300kbpc anywhere in India. Due to my owrk profile i travel voraciously all around country but be it anywhere TATA PHOTON remains sluggish slow and irritating. So last month I had enough of it and said it good bye. Changed over to MTS, speed was marginally better than TATA in metros but worst in remote areas. Oh please, can someone suggest me a good internet data card provider? As of now it appears all these big companies just gobble up our money without any service. And of course! speed of 3.1 mpbs claimed by so many is a big farse, be it anywhere. I guess only the company CEO would be getting that, even I doubt that.

I have taken mts mblaze last month. First of all I suggest all of you not to go for mts ever. Its the worst thing happend in my life, I am put up in Bangalore and i took mts mblaze from one agent he told me that he wl give me receipt next day and he wiil submit my documents to mts office bt he never gave me a receipt and dint submit the document and so mts disconnected my internet and when i called to customer care nobody received the call and after trying for 2 days i could connect. There is no toll free no. all call charged if u call customer care.
And there is very less speed it comes like 50 kbps. There is nothing called speed upto 3.1 mbps. Its is worst service ever i have seen in india.
Can u ppl suggest aome good datacard in Manglore region?
