Samsung E2652 mobile phone is a hopeless product of the comany. Because its battery and soft ware is not working properly,.battery disconnection problem is common problem with this set.I had purchased this set on 12-04-11 and only in 60days ,total 2 times 20days my set was taking rest in service center .And till date the problem is there and my set is lying with service center.When I visited the service center I am not only single idiot was there. Two more idiots was crying there due to the same problem.
