Have the prices for ext hdds gone up… i bought a seagate 1 tb ext power hdd for Rs 4700 last month… now when i checked , its way up, 6200 for the same thing. Is this correct?

New budget has been passed and the price of electronics items has been slashed down that will take effect after 31st of March or by the end of April i am expecting more decrease in the price of these products.
So i think it would be better if i wait for next two months.
