Videocon is asking Rs. 300 for just address change in their records. I have done re installation myself. I dont understand why they are asking for money just to change address.
Worst service provider. There are so many competitors and they are behaving like this.

Videocon D2H service is one of the worst and badest services anywhere in the world. What is terribly annoying is the toll free numbers are not working for past 1 month or so. Not even a single one. Even worst is the D2H call center guys. They dont even know how to talk properly. They want payment on time but the services are so damn poor. If I have to rate D2H, I would say -5. I am shifting from D2H to Sun Direct or Tata Sky. Friends, believe me, D2H is not worth. Please don’t buy Videocon D2H if you dont want daily headache sometimes with channels missing and sometimes with the way the customer service is.
I was given a new connection after payment of Rs.1690/- only on 25.07.2010. Today I find no sound only still channels. I do not understand this joke. Kindly take appropriate action immediately.Customer ID-18548000.
