  1. Multiple complaints and No resolution all……

    Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that the internet connection is extremely slow and not working properly to the extend that the webpage do not open.

This has been happening for the last 12 days.

I have reported this to Mr.Nixon at least 25 times since the beginning of the issue and there has been no action from his side.

Four Men Cable Vision takes no interest as my connection is prepaid. Every time, while I made the complaint, Mr. Nixon calls a person by name Mr. Ratheesh in order to resolve my issue but no resolution was granted till date. I have been asking Mr. Ratheesh's contact number and Mr. Nixon did not give the number till yesterday. Only today, he was kind enough to give Mr. Ratheesh's number. I have tried Mr. Ratheesh's number 8 times today and he didn't pick up the call at all. Irony is that Four Men Cable Vision disconnects the connection if the payment is delayed by a day.

Earlier, on13th August and 7th Sept.2015 I have sent you emails and I have not recieved any reply from you. I demand an answer as I pay and I consider it as my right to know.

    What are you up to?
    Are you cheating the public?

I demand resolution in 7 days from today failing which, I will be forced to take mass action against cheating.

This is pathetic and no way

  2. dude 1MB/s is 1 mega byte per second
1Mbps is 1 mega bit per second . Most complaints are posted based on this.
Y do u think there is a p in Mbps? its to specify that its bit not byte.
    read your text books carefully.
    1Mbps is 1024000 divided by 8
Even in foreign countries its like that not just in kerala. Only problem that do arise is the cable lie problem and not all internet connection can give 100% specified speed. this is because this are signal whose strength can fluctuate when changes in environment are some earthing problem in the region. 95% is considered as good internet connection. THIS COMMENT IS FOR ALL HOT HEADED IGNORANT CUSTOMER WITH RELATED COMPLAINS

  3. Rates are too high for common man. Even BSNL mobile data plan has more economical offers compared to Asianet broadband. As a past Asianet cable TV subscriber, I know their services are also poor. Even rs.110 plan provide 225mb. I get 600mb data(3G) from BSNL mobile data plans

  4. I have changed unlimited plan to limited plan. I exceed the limit in using, we don't get any notice how much we used. I thought like other private network, they stop the service once exceed the usage. Some misunderstanding i got bulk amount in bill. After next month i requested to change to unlimited plan..They are not taking my request. They are waiting for chance to make me more bill payment. This is worst service in consumer maintenance. If i ask why i don't receive any notification about usage. They are told me to see the in site. I just thought like bsnl and data card. once we reach the limit, our service will stop..

Better avoid asianet broadband. If you selecting broadband, just select unlimited plan.

  5. Seriously you guys are dumb? Tech is absolutely right.. if you've vouched for a 4mbps its probably 512kbps when you convert it to download speed…

  6. “tech” is not wrong because
small letter b means bit and capital B means byte
4 Mbps means 4 megabit per second which is (4*1024)/8 which is 512 kbps
ISPs say it as bits not bytes
    @prince:know before tease others

  7. i live in Thrissur, Kerala. The Asianet Broadband wifi connection is the worst one here. I had taken 4 Mbps plan and the speed I get is around 400 to 800 kbps. I have to call the customer care atleast 50 times in a month and raise a complaint. The turn around time to solve the issue is a minimum of 6 hours.

    Pathetic service by Asianet.

      • you are just confusing the customer
from where you got your computer education
        1 Mbps =1000 kbps
know doubts the service slowness with this kind of tech people

      • hey man we know what is the difference between byte and bit.he said he had subscribed for a for a 4 mbps plan but he is only getting around 400-800 kbps(not kBps) which is slow… so please dont make the customers fools

      • sir first read the comment properly we all know the difference between a bit and a byte.he said he had paid for a 4 mbps plan but is only getting around 400-800kbps(notKBps) which means 400/8KBps.

    • “tech” is not wrong because
small letter b means bit and capital B means byte
4 Mbps means 4 megabit per second which is (4*1024)/8 which is 512 kbps
ISPs say it as bits not bytes

        • Vishnu's statement is correct. For example if you take a 1Mbps plan, end result you'll get 128 KBps download speed. (1024/8=128)

  8. My sub code is TR to15132. I want to change my present scheme speed 435 monthly to Express 275 at the earliest.Kindly do the same.
